Happy Halloween!!!!

Sorry everyone...It's been a crazy couple of weeks. We have had a great response to our re-opening, everybody has been so supportive lots of old and new customers. Can't wait to do the change over with some great antique pieces on the way. Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!!!!

Well it's been an interesting weekend we picked up an old wagon cart from an antique dealer and went to our local farm and decorated it with bales, corn stocks, gourds and pumpkins what an amazing find it's perfect for seasonal displays. Thank goodness for the old stuff nothing beats the character and the cosmetics of an old farm wagon!!! See pictures below....

So it's almost turkey time and were full steam ahead we've got one coat of primer on and ready to paint our first coat of color. I went with Benjamin Moore 2162-40 (is there any other???) Peanut Shell it's a warm and inviting color that can be match up with any complimentary color. I've  decided this year I would host Thanksgiving dinner at our house we've got 20 friends and family member coming over for dinner, I wonder how they would feel if I handed them a paint brush??? Hmmm I don't think that would work. All kidding aside it looks like we'll be able to open on time....
